Are you an Australian Based Business?
We most certainly are! We're proudly Australian owned and operate out of Brisbane. We store our products locally as well, which means if you purchase an In Stock item you can be sure to receive it quickly.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
In Stock Items
If you purchase an item that is labelled 'In Stock', that means we have it locally available, manufactured and ready to go. For In Stock items, delivery times are normally within a week.

Made to order
While we are a growing business there may not be something available that you want. In that case please ask us because we can certainly make it for you!! Simply click on our Custom Order page and go from there!
Delivery time: 5 - 6 weeks

What payment providers do you accept?
We accept most of the standard secure payment providers available out there in the market, list can be found below:

What if my order arrived damaged, or was incorrect?
We strive to provide the very best products and service, thus, if you get in touch with us within seven (7) days of receiving an incorrect, missing or defective order, we will provide a replacement or refund asap.
What is the exchange policy?
Like what you brought but it’s defective? As part of our exchange policy we will exchange the product purchased for the same or similar product. We do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
Do you have a local store I can visit?
Unfortunately, no - as a boutique retailer, we manage to keep our amazing products at accessible prices by cutting out significant overheads such as having a retail store.
